These Terms & Conditions (the "Agreement") govern your use of the miya4d platform, accessible at miya4d.cam (the "Platform"). The Platform is operated by miya4d (referred to as "we", "us", or "the Company"). By creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or using any feature of the Platform, you ("you", "your", or the "User") agree to be legally bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any provision contained herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and refrain from registering an account.

By clicking "I Agree", "Register", "Sign Up", or any similar button during the account creation process, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming guidelines. By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that all information provided during registration is true, accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension or termination without refund of any deposits or winnings.
miya4d may request government-issued identification (KTP, passport, or driver's license) at any stage to verify your age and identity. Failure to provide requested documentation within 7 days may result in account suspension and forfeiture of funds.
To use the Platform, you must create a personal Account by providing a valid email address, mobile phone number, full legal name, date of birth, and address. You may only register one Account per person. Multiple or duplicate accounts are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances. Each Account must be registered in the User's own name and must not be shared, transferred, or sold to any third party.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify miya4d of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account. miya4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your Account credentials. Do not share your login details with any third party, including friends or family members.
miya4d operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) policy to comply with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and to prevent fraud and underage gambling. You may be required to submit proof of identity (KTP, passport, or driver's license), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last 3 months), and proof of payment method (bank account screenshot, e-wallet verification) before your first withdrawal is processed. Accounts that fail KYC verification may be suspended until documentation is provided.
miya4d accepts deposits via the following payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):
All deposits are processed in real-time or within a few minutes, depending on your bank or e-wallet provider's processing speed. miya4d does not charge any deposit fees, though your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Account tier (VIP status). Standard users may deposit up to Rp 50,000,000 per transaction, while VIP users enjoy higher limits. Contact our support team if you require an increase to your deposit limits.
All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. If we detect that a deposit originated from an account not belonging to you, we reserve the right to reverse the transaction, suspend your Account, and report the activity to relevant authorities.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account balance at any time, subject to the following conditions: (a) your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed); (b) you must have met any applicable wagering requirements attached to bonuses; (c) the withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold of Rp 100,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with AML regulations.
Withdrawal requests for fully verified accounts are processed within 5 minutes during peak hours (09:00–22:00 WIB on weekdays) and within 24 hours outside peak hours. First-time withdrawals may take up to 48 hours due to additional security checks. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are generally faster than bank transfers.
Standard users may withdraw up to Rp 100,000,000 per day and Rp 500,000,000 per month. VIP-tier users enjoy significantly higher limits. If you win a large jackpot or progressive prize, the payout may be split into monthly installments at our discretion, as outlined in the applicable game rules.
miya4d does not charge withdrawal fees for the first three withdrawals per month. Subsequent withdrawals in the same calendar month may incur a processing fee of 1.5%, capped at Rp 50,000. VIP members enjoy unlimited fee-free withdrawals.

Each promotion is governed by specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits, and expiration dates. By claiming a bonus, you agree to the applicable terms.
Most bonuses carry a wagering requirement, expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 25x, 30x, 40x). You must wager the bonus amount the specified number of times on eligible games before any winnings derived from the bonus can be withdrawn. For example, a Rp 100,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement means you must place bets totaling Rp 3,000,000 before the bonus funds become withdrawable.
Not all games contribute equally toward wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while table games (Blackjack, Roulette, Baccarat) may contribute 10%–20%, and sports bets may contribute 50%–100% depending on the odds. Refer to each promotion's terms for the specific contribution table.
We reserve the right to void bonuses, cancel winnings, and close Accounts in cases of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, colluding with other players, betting on opposite outcomes, or employing automated betting systems (bots). Bonus abuse is a serious violation and will be reported to relevant gaming authorities.
All sports bets are settled according to the official result as determined by the governing body of the sport (e.g., FIFA for football, BWF for badminton). If a match is abandoned or postponed, bets will be void unless the match is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours. Bets on bandar bola (football bookmaker markets), mix parlay (accumulator bets), and voor bola (Asian handicap) follow standard international betting rules.
All casino games, including slots, live dealer tables (Baccarat, Roulette, Blackjack, Poker), and game shows (Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, Dream Catcher), are powered by certified random-number generators (RNG) and are independently audited for fairness. We reserve the right to void bets placed after an event has started, bets placed on incorrect odds due to system errors, or bets placed by players in breach of this Agreement. In the event of an obvious error (e.g., odds displayed as 1000.00 instead of 1.10), the bet will be settled at the correct odds or voided entirely.

Violation of any prohibition will result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of all funds, and potential legal action. We cooperate fully with law enforcement and regulatory agencies in investigating suspicious activity.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, miya4d, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
In no event shall our total liability to you exceed the amount deposited into your Account during the 90 days preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.
If you have a complaint or dispute regarding your Account, a bet settlement, a bonus, or any other matter, you must first contact our customer support team via email at [email protected] or live chat. We will investigate your complaint thoroughly and respond within 5 business days. Most disputes are resolved at this stage.
If an internal resolution cannot be reached, you agree that any dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the rules of the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC). The arbitration shall be conducted in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Singapore. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining balance (minus pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your registered payment method within 7 business days. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened before the expiration of the self-exclusion period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account immediately, without prior notice, if we reasonably believe you have breached this Agreement, engaged in fraudulent activity, or violated applicable laws. In such cases, all funds in your Account may be forfeited, and you will be permanently banned from re-registering on the Platform.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Curaçao, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. By using the Platform, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Curaçao for the resolution of any disputes that cannot be resolved through arbitration. However, we retain the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence to enforce our rights under this Agreement.
